Communication has begun with the residents of the Langley Township with regards to the 232nd railway overpass.
In conjunction with nine other overpasses throughout the Township of Langley furthest East being 232nd Street are projected to be finished in 2014. These overpasses are being completed to help the flow of traffic in Langley in order to reduce the amount of conjestion at the major intersections.
After speaking with Richard Welfing, Engineer for the Township of Langley, they are currently in the initial stages of development and have not layed out any drawings. He also mentioned that they are also in communication with the local 232nd residents in regards to the sounding of the train horns after hours at night in order try and reduce noice disturbance.
