What it could mean for your future if you move outside of British Columbia...
One point of advice which no one seems to share is that once one owns in Vancouver or the more affordable Fraser Valley is that in the long run your ability to be financially more stable is more likely. How could one say that, it is because it gives one the ability to pocket equity should one move to other parts of Canada, retire and or downsize. While those trying to move here will have to change their lifestyle or r ...

We often get asked ... What is a strata fee? Where does my money go? If you live in an apartment or a townhouse you have a strata fee. The strata fee can be broken down to four main areas. 1) The Annual Budget - This is the cost of maintaining the common property day in and day out, year after year. 2) The Contingency Fund - This is a fund that you contribute to each month for those larger "down the road" expenses. The contingency fund isn't designed to cover those costs entirely, rather ...

What Is This?
This is a QR Code. If you haven’t seen one already, you will begin to see them pop up everywhere. If you’re not yet familiar with QR codes, they’re similar to the barcodes used by retailers to track inventory and price products at the point of sale. The key difference between the two is the amount of data they can hold or share. A QR Code is simply a bridge to a website that when scanned with a mobile device takes a consumer on a journey beyond the paper it is ...

Bajan homes were somewhat unique in the sense that way back during the time of slavery the helping hands were allowed to build a home on the land in which they looked after but they did not own the land itself so they had to be creat ...
